2/28/18 Fresh Look

If you stopped by the library this week the first thing you smelled when you came in the door was fresh paint.  We moved to the new building in January of 2003 and it is time to freshen up some of the painted wall areas. The library is in the process of re-arranging some of the collections.  A few months ago we moved a large section of shelving to a new area.  Before putting up the new shelving in the old area we decided to get the wall painted.   The job was done by Monte Drager, owner  of New Beginnings Custom Painting out of Markesan.  The entry way was also painted, and a huge column by the desk area.  Walking into the library,

several patrons have remarked on how much brighter it seems.
