Story Hour, Book Club and Tax Forms News!!
Story hour is moving to a new time at the Mill Pond Library in Kingston. We will still be doing the story hours on Thursdays, but the time will change from 2pm to 4:30pm. The change will take effect starting Thursday, January 26th, and all ages are welcome to attend. Each week we read a story, do a craft, and have a small snack. The crafts are usually displayed in the library for the week, and the children can take them home the following week. Stop in and see what the children are doing each week. Although, occasionally we do such a fun craft that everyone wants to take theirs home that day!!
The Loosely Bound Book Club meets the last Thursday of each month, at the library at 6pm. This month's book is The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton. It's a powerful, multi-generational tale that simmers with secrets. Come join the group for a lively discussion!
Tax forms are starting to arrive. We don't get everything all in one shipment, but anything that is not here can usually be looked up on the computer and printed off if desired.
