6/9/2020 Plant a Seed

There is a new display up at the Library.  “Plant a Seed, See What Grows” is the title of it.  The display has a variety of gardening books available to check out,  and we also planted a “seed” of kindness.  Stop in and see what has grown from that!  We are fully open our regular hours now, and are once again able to place reserves on books from other libraries.   This week email notices telling you that your items are due, and hold notices telling you something is in for you, should start being sent out as well.  Slowly service is returning to normal.

In July we will begin our summer reading program.  Our theme this year is “You Can’t Stop Summer Fun”.  We will be holding it twice a week, on both Wednesday mornings at 9am, and Thursday afternoons at 4pm, to allow for smaller groups of kids.  And if we have a big enough sign up we will add a 3rd time slot.   If your child is interested in coming to the program you can sign up the next time you visit the library, or call the library at 920-394-3281 to reserve your time slot.  The programs will start on Wednesday, July 8th, and Thursday July 9th.

If you have enjoyed finding a treasure or two on our Rummage for Reading table in the past, you’ll be happy to hear that the table will be back out starting Monday, June 15th.    Items have been donated that are gently used, or even sometimes brand new.  And you can’t beat the prices.  Stop in and find your next treasure today!
